Full Set & Fill Policy
To ensure fairness, consistency, and quality service, any lash appointment scheduled more than twenty-one (21) days after your previous lash appointment will be considered a Full Set, regardless of how many extensions remain.
This policy applies to all clients without exception.
Appointments booked more than twenty-one (21) days after the last service will be charged at the current Full Set rate.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have appointment time reduced, rescheduled, or canceled at the discretion of Fresno Lash Co LLC.
No Shows and Cancellations
Failure to provide adequate notice when canceling or missing an appointment may result in cancellation fees, loss of deposits, or restrictions on future bookings.
Gift Cards
Gift cards:
