How can I follow up on my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Your shipment is in the care of the carrier once it leaves our facility, and they will have the most up-to-date information about it. Fresno Lash Co LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
How soon can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders are processed by Fresno Lash Co LLC Monday through Friday, barring significant US holidays. Within one to two business days, orders will be processed. The following Monday is when orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed. It can take up to three to five business days for standard shipping ($7.50). Delivery time for expedited shipment ($9.98) is one to two business days.
Can I get my order back?
Our top priority is your satisfaction! Within 60 days of delivery, you can return any unused, unopened eyelash products for a complete refund. Unused products are no longer refundable after 60 days without being opened.
Please be aware that Fresno Lash Co LLC is not liable for return shipping expenses. Within three to five business days of receiving a returned order, your refund will be processed.
